The single-machine pulse dust collector is a new type of filter dust collector. It has the advantages of large filtration area per unit volume, high dust removal efficiency, and low operating resistance. It is widely used in industrial production. Pulse dust collector specifications: The pulse cartridge dust collector is equipped with an air inlet, filter cartridge, air outlet, air bag, pulse controller, blow valve, blow pipe, etc. The filter cartridge is folded and rolled from polyester fiber. The lower end is closed, and the center of the upper end is facing the lower opening of the injection pipe. After the dust-containing gas enters the dust collector from the air inlet, the air flow speed slows down, and the coarse particles break away from the air flow and settle into the dust collection chamber. When the fine dust passes through the filter cartridge with the air flow, it is blocked on the outer surface of the filter cartridge. The clean gas is discharged from the air outlet for pulse dust removal. The machine can be divided into standard type with ash hopper and open flange type (without ash hopper) type B. Its structure mainly consists of a filter chamber, a filter, a clean air chamber, a dust collection hopper, a dust discharge valve, a pulse injection device, an electric control box, etc. The boxes are all made of welded structure, and the access door is sealed with latex strips to ensure dust removal. The device is tight and airtight.
The working principle of the pulse dust collector is as follows: the dust-containing gas enters the filter chamber from the dust collection hopper (or the lower open flange), and the coarser particles fall directly into the ash hopper or silo, and the dust-containing gas passes through the filter After filtration, the dust is retained on the surface of the filter, and the purified gas is discharged to the clean air chamber through the filter, and then discharged into the atmosphere by the fan. When the dust on the filter surface continues to increase, causing the equipment resistance to rise to the set value, the time relay (or micro-differential pressure controller) outputs a signal, and the programmable controller starts to work, opening the pulse valves one by one, allowing the compressed air to pass through the nozzle to the filter. Injection cleaning is carried out to cause the gas to suddenly expand. Under the action of the reverse air flow, the dust on the surface of the filter quickly breaks away and falls into the ash hopper (or ash bin). The dust is discharged from the ash discharge valve. After all filters have been blown and cleaned, the dust collector resumes normal operation.
Scope of use
Hexi series pulse dust collectors are widely used in pharmaceutical, biological, chemical, food and other industries (such as: crushers, tablet presses, mixers, sieving machines and ingredients, accompanying materials, weighing Dust removal from mass production and other process equipment), as well as on-site dust removal in other industries such as electronics, mechanical hardware, building materials, casting, ceramics, loading and unloading, mining, metallurgy, etc. Generally, fine metal chips with small specific gravity, foundry sand dust, cement, gypsum powder, carbon powder, bakelite powder, plastic powder, etc. also have good dust removal effect within a certain range, and the dust removal efficiency is greater than 90%. five.
